Any senior orthopaedic surgeon who is willing to undertake the responsibility of organising any of the courses as planned by the foundation, may contact the Chairman or the Secretary of the foundation regarding their desire to do so. The invitation is considered in all its parameters by the Board of Trustees. If the offer is accepted the information is forwarded to the surgeon concerned indicating the year in which the course can be arranged at his place. The person who wants to hold the course is expected to attend preferably two courses prior to the year of the course to be held at his centre so that he can familiarise himself with all the details of the course.
This being an instructional course very little time to wasted on inaugration, entertainment and so on. All speakers are obliged to limit their presentation within the time provided for them and are not allowed to excedd this time. Adherence to time and punctuality are observed strictly in this course.
Another aspect of the instructional course is to encourage discussions and every effort is made to insure that the registrants take active interest in discussions in asking questions and satisfying their queries.
Those who are desirous of holding the course will have to apply on a proper form (see appendix) giving all relevant information to be put up before the Board of Trustees.
